Worship and Prayer

Worship

Our services provide us with a great opportunity to worship God as we meet with him together. We make use of music, reflective spaces, creative prayer ideas, interaction and hearing what God has been up to in what we have seen in the last week.

Prayer

Prayer is an important feature in the life of our church, both in services and the rest of the week. There is always an opportunity for prayer during and after services. Prayer also features in our Homegroups, and we circulate a weekly midweek prayer bulletin by email so we can pray together even if we can’t meet together.

Worship does not just mean singing songs on Sundays. Prayer does not just mean reciting the same words week after week. We believe that worship and prayer are to do with our lifestyle, and that they should be natural expressions of our love for God rather than forced habits.
