The church is on the number 8/8A bus route. Where the bus terminates in Gosfield Rd, walk in the direction that the bus is facing and turn left onto Blackheath (Mersea Rd) and then you will come to the church on your left. The bus stop back towards town is right outside of the church.
The church is also on the city centre to West Mersea bus route, number 67, which is less frequent. Tell the driver that you need to get off at the Cherry Tree Garage stop and when you are off the bus, continue to walk in the direction the bus was heading and the church is across the road on the right.
