Are you an adrenaline junky? Tired of spending your Saturdays at home in front of the TV? Do you want to put the zest back into your life? Why not come and be a part of our 'Zest for Life' group - we have lots of activities lined up:- Paintballing, Go Ape (Confidence Course), Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Go-Carting and much, much more.
